The CARH Foundation is committed to all young people in Nederland/Angola who are in need and who dare to seize opportunities that the foundation offers them. This is done by linking up with existing local initiatives. This was chosen because these local people know the environment and the young people better, and can better estimate who needs the help the most, because they live there themselves.

The foundation supports these local initiatives by providing materials such as (sports) clothing, toys, bicycles, school books, hygiene products and etc…

In addition, the CARH Foundation will/wants to realize its own place to stay, learning spaces in different provinces of Angola, for young people who would like to learn and work in order to develop further, so that they can build a future in their own city. And in this way also be able to transfer knowledge and experience to other fellow citizens.
